Welcome to ECU's first Graduation ceremony

On October 11, 2024, Emmanuel Christian University (ECU) formerly known as Emmanuel Christian College (ECC) will have the grand inauguration of the University’s Chancellor and Vice Chancellor followed by the graduation of 1st Batch of ECU.
Over 100 students from various programs will graduate with their first ECU degrees and Diplomas. Emmanuel Christian University Programs have been accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology of South Sudan. Thus, these graduands have also been admitted by the Directorate of Admission, Evaluation and Authentication of the Ministry of Higher Education Science and Technology of the Republic of South Sudan.
This event will be graced by H.E. Salva Kiir Mayardit the President of the Republic of South Sudan as the Guest of Honour. Rev. Dr Master Matlhaope, the Secretary General of the Association of Evangelical in Africa (AEA) will be the Guest Speaker in the event.
Emmanuel Christian University is the first registered university in in Equatoria Region outside Juba City. With its mission, “creating a holistic church and society in South Sudan and beyond through trans-formative education, equipping godly men and women to develop sustainable communities”, ECU epitomises the true message of taking towns to the village.
