Emmanuel Christian University has played a very significant role in South Sudan as an agent of trans-formative education, training and equipping candidates with academic excellence and professional skills at all levels. ECU students are efficiently equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to solve problems in the society. The focus of the faculty is to enhance and develop future leaders, their God given talents, abilities, and skills to enable them to make positive contribution to the economic, social, and spiritual development of their communities, using modern scientifically based leadership and management tools and techniques. 

The Faculty of Business and Leadership Development  is designed to equip students with effective business management and leadership skills, professional tools and techniques that will empower them to provide efficient service in the public and private business sectors. Core to this faculty is equipping of the business administration and leadership students with the requisite Christ Centered ethics, values and attitudes to enable them to improve on integrity and quality of their service.
